Since I DLed K9 mail server, it doesn't notify me when I have a new email. I have it set to my Yahoo account and I know the problems with Yahoo and Droid but before it would tell me when I had one with the stock email app. I have to shut the phone down and restart it then I get notifications. I've checked all the setting but nothing helps. Anyone got any ideas?

What version are you using. I am using V 2511 direct from the code.google.com site. It looks like 2403 is in the market.

Give an update a try. 2511 just came out, so if you have issues, try 2510. I ran on that and it was very stable...though 2511 is stable for me too.

Version 2511 was not allowing notifications for me and I believe neither was 2510, since went back to 2403 from the market and all is fine again.
