Okay, so I'm a TOTAL noob on this. I had my old iPhone jailbroken and knew how to do all of that, but I have no clue what to do now. I got Freeze Bloatware and Rom Manager. What else? I know I'm going to get MIUI when it comes out.

What are some cool things I can do now?

Choose a ROM and load it up. I've been using Gingeritis. Follow the directions carefully and remember you'll have to flash a new radio as well.

Agreed, do it very carefully and follow all the directions... also don't do it if you're doing something else pay attention to your phone! I had to borrower my gfs blackberry in order to get my phone back to normal when I tried flashing gingerbread, while building a computer for a friends daughter... amateur mistake, but then again I am also an amateur when it comes to this too lol.

Why do u need to flash new radio...I have the one it first had. Haven't updated once.
