Just received my replacement top for Innocase

    Curious... do you still have the original case (the one that wouldn't fit)? Any apparent differences (i.e. tab placement, size ect.)?

    I barely let Seidio know last Thursday, and they didn't get back to me until Friday, and I received the replacement today. I'm not really sure if I got one of the new tops, or just a replacement that fit?


    And to answer the question about comparing them, the clips are in the exact same position, but theres just more hang on them so that they can actuall grip the phone, and let me tell you, after trying to take it off right now to compare for you, it definitely does it's job well. It was a ***** taking off, at least while trying to be gentle and not snapping it.

    I didn't realize you guys were from Houston...Does that mean if I order something from y'all I'll get it quick cause I live in Houston?!

    That's generally how the world of physical mail works. It doesn't mean they will ship it faster, but it means it will be delivered a hell of a lot faster then to someone in Washington for example.

    Turns out they just shipped mine last week! I am excited to put my case on again! Customer Service rep was very helpful and responsive. If you guys have any problems post it on the forums =)
