Given that this is the S3 forum, that's a reasonable assumption to make.

So I ran a speed test and my results were pitiful, can someone explain why. Also I live in Pittsburgh, but it says the server is new york. Someone help cuz this is pathetic even for 3G.

Several things can impact your data speeds. According to your screenshot, you're located in NYC. While there are other things that could play a role in it, there are two big things that can play a role in your location - buildings and LTE customers. Depending on what building you're inside (or what buildings are around you outside), your reception can be affected. Also, in NYC you'll have a lot more people using the network, which slows things down for everyone.
But I'm in Pittsburgh. Not ny. Never been there.
So, this is what has me baffled. It used to be that everytime I ran these tests, it would come from a server in Seattle, WA... despite that I am in central NY (about 5 hours driving distance from NYC). What determines which server it will connect to? Here are my latest two tests with two different apps...the fcc one uses the same "core technology" that ookla uses.
