Just got my SF, but have some ?'s

Hi all,

I just got my SF yesterday (upgraded from D1), rooted and installed jt1134's Super Clean ROM. It looks and runs great, but I have a few questions.

1. Has the 2.2 gmail app been ported to 2.1, I dearly miss the froyo version.

2. The ROM mentioned something about softkey backlight notifications, how do I enable this?

Not sure about the gmail. For the backlight notifications you will need to install a kernel that supports it is all.

Oh ok that's good to know. I was disappointed to discover there was no notification led.

I will have to do some more digging on the gmail app.

There is no gmail port over from 2.2 you have to deal with what you have atleast that's what I found when I went looking for it myself
