u might want to take the phone without the battery and put it in a bowl full if uncooked rice for 3-5 days. it will get the moisture out.
but it wont get out the stains/stick. if it was completely submerged, i would dip it into rubbing alchohol for about 1 minute, then air out every part of it, then put it in rice.
