I hope to try a liquid ROM on my new phone someday ;) Until then, thanks a LOT for making my Droid awesome during the time I had it! You are the best!

I would like a new phone one day too, but I will miss the Moto Droid so much. But the memory constraints are killing me!

Technically, LucasFilms owns the name "Droid".

Verizon licenses the Droid name from Lucas and applies it to their android offerings regardless of the manufacturer. Technically all carriers can sell android OS phones but only Verizon can call them a Droid.
