This rom started from my addiction to flashing every rom so I could find the perfect one (yes, I too am a flashaholic). After literally trying each one I have come to the conclusion that Koush's is the best out there. If you haven't tried it be ready to be amazed. This is a remix of his rom (v. 5.0.5) so most of the credit here goes to Koush.

-reboot into recovery mode (hold the power and "x" button at the same time)
-wipe data/factory reset and cache partition if coming from another rom
-select install zip from sdcard
-select choose zip from sdcard
-navigate to the rom you downloaded
-Go back with power button
-select reboot system now
-Enjoy

Clockwork BACKUP Installation Instructions (Rom Manager 1.7.6 in the market):

-Update & backup any files you wish to restore
-Extract the file from the archive using WinRAR or a similar program
-Place the extracted folder (the ROM) into the "backup" folder inside "clockworkrom" folder on your sdcard
-Reboot into recovery mode (hold the power and "x" button at the same time)
-Choose Nandroid, Make Backup of Old Rom (optional)
-Do a Factory Reset
-Go Into Partition Menu
-Format SYSTEM
-Format BOOT
-Go Back With Power Button
-Choose Nandroid
-Restore UltimateDroid
-Enjoy!

Nandroid Backup Installation Instructions:

-Update & backup any files you wish to restore, this will wipe /data
-Extract the files from the archive using WinRAR or a similar program
-Place the extracted folder (the ROM) into the "nandroid" folder on your sdcard
-Reboot into recovery mode (hold the power and "x" button at the same time)
-Wipe data/factory reset (do this twice!)
-Wipe cache partition (do this twice!)
-Backup/Restore
-Advanced Nandroid Restore
-Choose backup (select the ROM)
-Perform Restore
-Enjoy!

For Themed Handcent: Download file (see the first post - I ran out of room here), rename file extension to apk, place it on the root of your sdcard, type su (enter) addhandcent (enter) into terminal emulator.

For different color Live Wallpapers: Download file, rename file to LiveWallpapers.apk, place it on the root of you sdcard, type su (enter) switchlwp (enter) in terminal emulator (note: don't run a live wallpaper while doing this or your phone will reboot).

Scripts for those not running my rom: Download file, copy and paste all the scripts in system/xbin (you can use root explorer), copy and paste the clock folder into system/framework (for clockwhite/clockblack scripts). Note: before running scripts type su (enter) enablescripts (enter) first.

Holy smokes on the scripts!!! I got a question on the ones about the white clock and black clock. How is that done exactly?

EDIT: I assume the the nandroid is for clockwork? Nevermind I see it is for sprecovery.

I put an extra folder in system/framework called clock. In the clock folder I put two services.jar and when you run the script it selects the services.jar you need and copies over the old services.jar. Pretty sneaky huh.

This is great. Just dont quite know what to take of all the downloads. Love this rom original, but will have to check out this work. I would ask that you give a little more description for each download. Some of us are new to this rom and your adventures.

edit the rmhelix says it removes news and weather but it really removes the helix launcher so all is well!

Like the look, but after install I just get fc after fc and then constant restarts. Not sure if it is a conflict with something else or not, but no go for me. I tried the second one down in your list. Back to regular one for me.

I concur! bad "quilting" job of everyone's roms!! A for effort though!
