Hi all. I just got my Droid Charge and trying to get used to it after my BB. One thing that I am having trouble with is downloading jpeg attachments from an email. The jpg is 7.4 MB, yes it's large, but my Droid has a ton of space available. Does anyone know why I can't download anything larger than 1 mb? I get an error message taht says: "Attachment Size Exceeded Maximum Limit." VZW customer service doesn't know how to resolve it. They blame Samsung. Samsung blames Verizon. Help!

Hi there. i downloaded the app "Download All Files". So now when I open attachments, it gives me the choice of opening with the app or with the Gallery....and it works! However, i still can't open large files- for example, a 7.4 mb jpeg attachment. I don't understand why, since i have a ton of space on my memory card and phone.

Thanks so much for your help Whiteblazer!! The app will come in handy.

Glad you made some progress! :)

Could it be that it may just take a few minutes to load? I'm not sure why it doesn't show. Does the very large file download, and can you open it from memory then? Maybe there's something with loading it from the e-mail app that takes a while.
