Well, I'm on vacation and wanted to use my laptop and I found out like a lot of you that FoxFi Tethering wasn't working with the new JB update I recieved a few days ago.
I followed a post here about the PDA connection for FoxFi and it works great!! Actually it seems faster than the normal wireless connection.
It only took a few minutes to set up.
I downloaded PDAnet4014 to my phone , connected it to my laptop, transferred and installed it on the laptop, pretty simple. I had to set the debugging on, but that was about it.
Apps still work while I'm tethered via usb as well. I got the PDAnet4014 from the app store, hope this helps.
I still need to find out why I keep losing my associated ringtones though, any help would be appreciated. It was happening before JB upfdate.
