Java Plug-in?

I visited a web site through my Droid and I received a message that I needed to either download or upgrade Java Plug-in. What do I need to do? Has anyone else experienced this?

I did not see an option to an update for the android os

I thought it was Java that is why I didn't understand except that maybe there was an update I didn't receive.

The Flash makes sense and from what I see on other threads Droid will probably get Flash.
