I've tried everything and I still cant get my JB update on my rooted ICS Razr Maxx

Can someone please explain like I'm five, exactly what it is I have to do to get this update that Verizon sent out forever ago?! On another note...any ICS ROMs that will make me not want JB? I'm just VERY FRUSTRATED...please help!

Pretty sure you have to be completely stock without root or a custom recovery on the 6.16.211 system version. And if you do the upgrade, you cannot revert back to ICS.
