I've Got a Bad Back (Cover)

Seems like the few comments from the early nay-sayers and the phone's flimsy build weren't wrong.
I change my battery most every day - I get about 5.5 hours use on average. Lately the back has been sitting funny, not quite snapping closed at the bottom. Yesterday I went to replace the back and the bottom 1/3 wouodn't close. I brought it to a Verizon store and one of the employees worked on it for about 5 minutes and said he couldn't fix it, that the tabs are bent and I could get a new one for 4. I said, okay, I'll take one and he says I have to order it online and I'll get it in 2 days.
I'm on the road, don't know where I'll be in 2 days. Great.
BTW - the Verizon guy says people come into his store every day with this problem. :frown:

I'm pretty sure the bottom tabs are different. I think they are supposed to inserted into the phone first and the others snapped into place. The bottom tabs are a lot longer than the others.

Its the lower right side that is effed up, not the bottom..

I'd be more concerned with the battery only lasting 5.5 hours!
