Okay, so I finally received the OEM charger that has the same model number as the charger that came originally with my OG Razr. On the second take a I found out something interesting, watch the video. I guess I was mostly right.

Oh, and unlike my opening sentence, I guess it's not really that quick of a video.

I have the answer to your problem and a perfect solution. Obviously your phone is racist. It doesn't like the dark colored chargers and does like the lighter colored ones. I don't know how you managed to do that to your phone, but please don't do it to any other phones. There is enough of that out in the world and we don't need our electronic devices taking on ugly human traits. As far as the solution...use the chargers that work, and don't use the ones that don't work.
