    Ok so i was getting on the bus and my droid fell about 2 1/2 feet out of my pocket onto the ground. Now i can turn it on but the screen is black but i still can hear notifications and the vibrations from the apps and the keyboard comes on but not the screen...Do i need to go to asurion and get a new one or is there something i can do?

    If you have insurance... call a claim. They'll send out a new device and you ship back the old one.
