Issues with my LG Spectrum:

1. I've had the phone two days. It froze in the middle of a phone call and had to hard boot to get any function working.
2. Started the Friends+ app. It duplicated by Facebook Friends and Phone Contacts. Is there an easy way to eliminate the duplicates?

GO Contacts EX is an awesome way to simplify your contacts. You can have it search by name and show you all your duplicates. Then you can merge them. You can also have it search by email addresses and perform a merge that way too. There's one other way to perform a merge, but I forget the criterion.

The best thing about using GO Contacts EX is that if you don't want to keep it after using it to merge contacts, you can uninstall it without undoing all the work it just did. Once you merge, you stay merged until you add more scattered contacts on your own.

As for your first issue, no clue.
