Issues with data

Anyone experiencing issues with there data? What I noticed is that I cant get on the internet or open Apps that use data. What I do is reboot my phone and everything works fine. This happenes 2-3x a day.am I getting throttled? What I did I open apextoolbox and removed throttle and its still happens. Any suggestions or is the v network having issues or getting slow? Any help would be great I hate rebooting my phone that many times a day it feels like I have a bb
