1. You want that $100.00 in your pocket or an Amazon Fire TV don't you? Well here's the deal. With our new updated look we are in desperate need of an updated logo. The 'old' one has certainly served us well, but it's time. Find all the details here: bit.ly/1q0k6Wa

For some reason, i always lose service when I connect to my TV. As soon as i plug in the HDMI cord into the converter, i lose service. At first I thought Netflix was messing with my service. However, it works fine when i just watch Netflix on my phone. Any suggestions?

Not sure what you mean by the converter. I plug one end of the hdmi cord into my tv set directly, the other into my Razr. Are you doing something differently?

I agree with ted1. I would try something without the converter. I got this 15 ft one (so I don't have to be on top of the TV) for less than $10 delivered (if you have Prime).

I already ordered a different convertor. If that doesn't work I'll buy that 15 ft cord. Thanks

Glad that was the problem and thanks for posting back. Someone else comes along with the same issue and you've helped them know what to try!
