    To have the screen not go black when i'm using google navigation?

    Yes. In the Market.... called KeepScreen...

    also Screebl will do the same thing.

    if your using google navigation and not just google maps the screen should stay on...

    ive used mine many time and the screen has never gone black even when unplugged.
