1. You want that $100.00 in your pocket or an Amazon Fire TV don't you? Well here's the deal. With our new updated look we are in desperate need of an updated logo. The 'old' one has certainly served us well, but it's time. Find all the details here: bit.ly/1q0k6Wa

I have an original Droid that I would like to give to a relative BUT I would like to give it to him bone stock if possible. Anyway to do that? Factory reset? I really don't want to de-activate my X and re-activate my Droid if possible.

None of the ways to unroot have anything to do with activation.

    Sent from somewhere...

Just SBF it. You can get past the activation screen also if you press all four corners of the screen at once repeatedly

Do a Google search for SBF a Droid 1. That will return you to a stock phone. Factory reset will not remove root access. Make sure to include "droidforums" in your search query.

I have a stock ROM for the D1 that will unroot it. I can give you a link to the download if you'd like. Just have to put it on the card and flash like any other ROM.

Never mind, apparently I've deleted it. If I was home I could upload it but I'm not.

I'm double posting because the app wont let me edit my other post.

    Trouble returning to stock.

I've sbf'd before, but that was when my d1 was what I used. Now, it's not activated and it's not easily activated being that i have a Thunderbolt and can't use *228 anymore. I sbf'd it and now it's prompting me to activate it. When you go to about phone under build number it says "voles-userdebug 2.2.1 FRG83D 75603 Test-keys". How do I make it look like it would if it hadn't been sbf'd?
