I have a friend who wants to move from the IPhone (because it's not a phone) to the Droid.

But he needs his entire outlook to be Sync'd.

Is there an app for that yet?

I use Touchdown and have my calendar, tasks and last 30 days of email synced to my Droid.

You can export your contacts out of Outlook and create a .csv file. You can then import that .csv file into your Google account.

With Froyo exchange support is excellent. All your mail ,contacts and calendar is always in sync.

But for tasks and all other goodies touchdown is the best

You do it in gmail and in calendar. You create a .csv file and that moves the contacts to gmail they are exported from outlook to the computer and imported into gmail. When you sync the phone contacts are moved into droid. Calendar I think is done the same, see Google calendar for instructions, they are available there.

CompanionLink can sync contacts, calendar tasks and notes from Outlook to the Droid. Since Android has no native tasks and notes apps, CompanionLink has developed its own app called DejaOffice. DejaOffice is actually a full suite of contact management apps, that features advanced options like color-coded categories, search any field, variable font size and more.

DejaOffice is available at no cost from the Android Market and www.dejaoffice.com. It offers the option to sync with the native contacts and calendar databases, so DejaOffice can be used with Google sync and any other product that syncs with the native Android contacts and calendar. For full contacts and calendar support, as well as tasks and notes, you'll want CompanionLink USB. There's a 14-day free trial - more info at www.companionlink.com/droid
