Is there a program that can allow me to schedule when the Droid X can turn off and on? Thanks.

My guess is no since once the phone is off, nothing is running. If nothing is running there can't be anything to monitor time and and internal processes.

Don't know if this helps but the X has a function to cut-off data at set times...

Maybe what your looking for? Or maybe you are asking for Battery saving purposes...

It will turn everything off at a certain time and turn everything back on at a certain time. It is also smart enough to turn back on due to motion or loud noise.
