Is there a launcher on ics that changes homepage screen orientations?

I have the apex launcher pro installed on my ics bionic and in the settings it has options for how many rows and columns i want to have on vertical and landscape orientations. But when i turn my phone horizontally the display doesnt switch to landscape.

Why does it have an option for landscape if it cant even display in landscape? And is there even a launcher that can do this?

Yep, why they don't allow stock to do this I don't know. Try Go, Nova, Apex, they all allow landscape.

Yep, in Apex settings, behavior, the first choice is orientation.

On my Bionic with stock GB the home screen will rotate when connected to HDMI, but not any other time. Looks awesome, so why can't it do it all the time is beyond me. I guess I'll have to read my own sig for answers
