Is their a Camera App like this?

I was at a concert the other day and was next to a girl with an evil iphone. She had a cool camera app though that split her screen and showed a preview of a pick with and without a flash then she just tapped the one she wanted and it was all done. Not sure about any of the workings of it but both preview images were a live images. I hate iphone but that was kinda cool.

MAGIX Camera MX

If you tap on the Flash icon at the top left of the screen, it cycles from flash off, to on, to auto, to preview realtime (where the LED actually lights the scene up for you like a flashlight while previewing the shot)! It also has LOTS of cool effects if you tap the FX icon at the bottom right. A scrollable row of effects is on the bottom and if you tap the effects, you see what the shot will look like realtime.
