is it just me or has development for the original droid slowed down a bit?

It just seems as if there's not as much to do anymore..like before I would spend all day flashing new roms, now there's not many new roms coming out..and btw I am not taking shots in any way at the amazing developers that we have :)..just making a comment :)

I think they are waiting for the OTA to push, then you will see more ROMs again. Its all good, I take the slow times between releases to flash ROMs I havent tried before..

    Well, LithiumMod was just released.
Sapphire 1.0 will be released within the next couple days.
Simply Stunning 4.6 just came out.
Pete is working on Bugless Beast 0.5.
CyanogenMod is on RC2 and hard at work to release.
    DroidMod is hard at work.
Woodyman released Succulent Desire 7.0 within the past week, I think.
I'm sure I'm missing some, but that is quite a list! I'm pleasantly surprised that so much development is going on for the Droid 1. Plus, more and more themes are coming out and/or maturing and becoming excellent! dancedroid

Yeah there's tons of roms out there, don't forget the Team Awesome rom. This past month may have been slow, but a lot of new updates just hit all at once, of course leading up to the one and only BB0.5 which will be the beginning of the end! It's like a cycle, the cycle of Droid life, which will come full circle with BB0.5.

There has been a little bit of a low point but it is always in cycles. Really thought I don't know what much more I want from my Droid. I have my wireless tether, overclocking, and a speedy rom.

Don't forget blackdroid, he's constantly updating his rom, damn near weekly, and each update is always an increase in performance. That is one reason I enjoy his roms so much, he is damn dedicated to the Droid 1.

And with FRG22 released, we'll see more new ROMs later this week or early next week.

I don't suspect you'll see that much difference. I just loaded it this morning so I haven't really had a chance to play with it.

LithiumMod 1.0.12, Sapphire 1.0, Ultimate Droid 5, Simply Stunning 4.6, Insane Nemesis 1.3, CyanogenMod 6, and soon to be released next version of Bugless Beast.. this is the best lineup of Droid ROMs to ever exist
