I got my Motorola Droid in March and have been quite happy with it. I am running 2.2 with frg22d. I would like to use my phone as a hotspot but am completely nil when it comes to rooting it. I sure don't want to ruin my phone, but would not be afraid to try with good help. I have seen on this site "root your droid 1 no matter the os". Where do I find if I am running 32 bit or 64. dell laptop running xp. Thanks, John
