internet access for wifi tablet

the way I see it there are 3 ways to get internet on my tablet, all involve using my cell in some form
1 wired tether
2 Bluetooth tether
3 make phone a wifi hotspot

my question is what are the pros and cons of each? which gives me the fastest access speeds?

My first thought is I'm missing something. I'm guessing you don't have WiFi access through your router. In which case I would go with #3. It's the easiest and fastest and ultimately most convenient.
