I went to one of my business work related sites using my Bionic and was told I needed to download Internet 7 or newer to access the site. What browser is installed with the Droid Bionic?

The android browser.

You can try a third party browser.

Sent from my A855, while on the move.

Try using Dolphin HD or something or change your user agent in the browser settings to something like i*hone or something.

I thought I read somewhere there was an issue with MS Internet Explorer on the Android OS (Bionic). Anyone know if this is true?

Android does not use IE. Maybe the site you are trying to view is for IE only?

The site you're trying to reach isn't mobile friendly it seems, so you would have to download another browser like was suggested, to trick the site into thinking you're using IE 7+.

Yes, other browsers have been suggested and initial post did say these sites need internet 7 or better so I'm pretty sure the default browser is not MS Internet Explorer. These are information sites from national providers unique to our industry and I'd like to be able to access them if possible from my Bionic. My question is there an known issue about installing MS Internet Explorer 8 or 9 on the Droid?

Looks like I'll have to wait until they offer a Droid app. Should not be to long as they just brought one out for the Iphone. Thanks for the confirmation.
