international market purchases?

My credit cards on file with Google get declined when I try to make a Market app purchase that is in a currency not in US dollars. Anyone know how to correct this?

I'm able to purchase apps in other than US dollars. I imagine you would have to call your card company and ask them. I guess they might be blocking it. That's my guess. Hope it helps.

I went to google checkout and it says AMEX is for US companies only. The other card I use is a Wachovia VISA debit card. Both not allowed to purchase international apps. Anyone else have problems?
