Quick question...ive looked around and havent seen this answered anywhere before (sorry if it has and my searching isnt up to par).

After rooting and going back to stock (i know i will hear about this but i plan on rooting for good soon), i noticed that the internal memory did not go back down to what it was before i rooted (i use internal memory widget). because of this i am assuming that the files/roms i installed while rooting are still on the phone somewhere. is there any way to get rid of these? other than a factory reset? i ask because its about 30-40mb and thats a decent chunck of the internal memory to be taken up by nothing. thanks in advance for the help!
