How would a disgruntled Bionic owner go about starting a class-action lawsuit against Motorola, if one were so inclined?

Regarding the Flash question, it sometimes works. Adobe has an ICS version which you'll have to download but they are no longer supporting it. Razr owners with ICS were complaining about Flash and embedded videos no longer working. We'll just have to wait for websites to convert to HTML5.

Someone on the Razr forum contacted an attorney to file a class action because his lapdock and accessories didn't work after the ICS update. Check out that thread for the attorney's information.
