integrate app into rom

i have a phone security app installed that i want to make difficult to uninstall .... i want to integrate it into the rom/system but theres no option to do this in titanium .... or move the app into a system folder ....

can anyone suggest a way ? the app is called remote wipe for root users

if you're rooted, I would say use Root Explorer, but I've never actually tried it.

if root explorer can do this then ill take a crack at it but i need to verify its possible.
