So confused on installing this rom

I want to install bugless beast. I'm currently on android 2.2. I tried installing from rom manager but it just gives me an error.

Where else can I find the bugless beast file to download to my phone on how exactly do I get it running on my phone?

    Please help! :(

I don't think that is the problem. It seems that Pete's downloads on Rom Manager are not working right now for some reason. I just tried on both my phones and get a download error. I am able to download Cyanogen's and Jrummy's fine right now. I tried using that older recovery you mentioned Rsswga but his links are still broken on RM.

@wade you can try downloading his rom from the link in the OP HERE. Put the download on your SD card then apply .zip using recovery or you can use ROM Manager and select Install ROM from SD card. That should work for you.

The person who was hosting most of my recent ROMs removed all of my files without notifying me, that's why many links are broken. No worries all will be fixed by V0.5, still have my original host Chas, couldn't find someone more reliable then him. :)

I read somewhere that the link changed and has not been updated in RM just yet. Your best bet is download it directly to sd card from the BB 0.4 thread and install manually by power+x method or rom manager by selecting "install zip from SD card" option

I rarely use Rom Manager for roms/themes. Your best bet on getting a nice clean file that isn't corrupted or incomplete is to do what Car said.

Make sure you do a backup just in case something doesn't go as planned. using this method is what all the "old school" folks do.
