I'm sorry that this seems like such a dumb question but I have no idea how/where to download themes to my droid. I have been googling and reading forums on themes but I'm just getting frustrated. Please help. Any step by step guides to theming would be great. Thank you. And yes, I am rooted. I'm not too bright when it comes to theming but I'm not dumb enough to not be rooted. Thanks guys!

If I'm running BB 1.1 and I installed the smoked glass theme but it only changed the notification bar. I want the smoked glass widgets and stuff. How do I get that?

ok...that is a good start. You should be able to find the themes you need in the Themes forum.

You put the metamorph themes into the "Androidthemes" folder on your SDcard. and then extract them.

Always make a nandroid backup before applying a theme.

Mac or PC...it does not matter. There are some tutorials on Youtube about how to use Metamorph (MM). I would recomend taking a look at them

Here are is where the Theme be!
Droid Themes - Droid Forum - Verizon Droid & the Motorola Droid Forum

This "Drop Theme" is pretty frickin sweet...I am thinking about giving it a run myself

This Luna Theme is pretty rockin too

I am currently running this theme...it Takes a bit to install it (Several steps) but I like it allot.

No Problem. The way I learned is a I read alot...and I always made back ups...and then i just tried stuff. I have boot lopped my droid more time than I care to remember...

    as for your question

Depends on the theme. The Theme developers will typically specify what Roms the Theme plays nice with.

BB is pretty popular so many of the Themes will have a BB port...meaning that you keep the kernel and the ROM ...just the skin and UI is different.
