    Hi everyone

Check out my new and first app, Ingenious alarm! I created this with the aim to be the most complete alarm app on android.

Its a gorgeuos bedside clock and alarm app that has some unique features that set it apart from the rest.

    Features

:icon_arrow:Firstly Ingenious Alarm will read out voice notifications to you, so you can wake up to sound of the time, temperature and number of missed calls and unread messages you have, along with a custom message if you wish.

:icon_arrow:Voice notifications can be set as the alarm, but also to play on snooze or dismiss.

:icon_arrow:Another unique feature of Ingenious Alarm is the ability to create and completely customise the theme of the clock. You can choose between both analog and digital clocks and skins can be made and uploaded through our website www.ingenious-apps.com and then downloaded and rated through the app.

:excl: -The clock displays real time local weather along with smart icons that show the current forecast-

:icon_arrow:Ingenious Alarm also lets you choose any song on your phone as the alarm sound along with a random song option, you can also record your own sound and choose voice notifications as the alarm sound.

:icon_arrow:puzzles to stop the alarm - Are you a snooze button lover? Well then the puzzle feature will make sure your awake. Choose between either solving math questions or wake up to a morning sudoku puzzle. Get 5 math questions right in a row and the alarm switches off or for the sudoku whizz try and solve the aided sudoku puzzle to stop that alarm already!

:icon_arrow:Allow the alarm to slowly Fade in and wake you gently

:icon_arrow:Repeat the alarm any day of the week

:icon_arrow:Shake the phone to either snooze or dismiss the alarm

:icon_arrow:Vibrate option ensures you know the alarm is going off. Turn it into a silent alarm by turning the volume off and using the vibrate feature

    Along with many more options

Download it from the Android Market today:

I would honestly love to try it, but $2.80 seems a bit steep for an alarm app.

Agreed. Maybe a 1 week free trial might entice some users to buy if they like it.

yea unfortunately 3 bucks might be too much for an alarm. especially with the new market 15 minute rule :/

I agree with everyone. I'm sure it took some time and effort to create but you have to understand that the stock alarm clock saves us $3.00. Offer a trial version and I'm sure you may have some jump on board.

    Good Luck!

Sorry. For something like an alarm clock I would be afraid to use a third party. The built in task manager might kill it.

Monkeyman , it's your app. and you can sell it for what you want but, i think there is more money in volume, if it was like a buck or 1.50 many more people will but it giving you more money in your pocket.
most of the apps that are simple are pretty cheap.
just my thoughts guy, I wanna see you sell it and develop more.

    Hey

Kittenkiller what seems to be the problem? are you having trouble setting an alarm up? Check your email, hopefully i can help you out.

Thanks for the advice snowman i'm thinking of making the app half price for the duration of march as a test run.

Also just released an update everyone - redone the default digital and analog clocks and made them a lot bigger so now they can be used as bedside clocks even better. Here are some screenshots:
