Information Needed

I was given the Droid Razr because my Bionic is no longer being produced so my replacement phone is the Razr.
I had every file that was needed for my Bionic. I know that I will have do research but hopefully I can have some questions answered.
I have used RSD lite and fxz files that would reset my os. Are there the same type of resources afforded to me?
I am pretty perficient and have a decent understanding of software and applications.
If anyone is willing to link me to the right files and information I would greatly appreciate it
