Could this photo maybe have helped order the phone? :icon_ banana::icon_ banana:
The MIKRADLE EVOLUTION SERIES and Incredible go together like salt and pepper, like Mutt and Jeff, like Jackie Gleason and Art Carney, like Lucy and Ricki, like Laurel and Hardy, like Regis and Kathy, like peanut butter and jelly, like ham and cheese, like....... I could go on forever! :) But this photo says it all. Thanks so much - I didn't have an Incredible for photos, only a "lended" dummy for sizing back when first laying out this model. But Brad (MiXoXoGiSt) has done me proud! I really feel the lines of the EVOLUTION blend in well with the lines of the Incredible. Those radius corners on the EVOLUTION were engineered and styled directly off the corners of the Incredible. Can I tap myself on the shoulder? Nah! :icon_ banana: I am pleased, though, very much pleased with the final product. Over 350 orders placed on just that first weekend of release says a lot have agreed with my styling! :)

Brad - is it okay for me to use your photos elsewhere? At least until I get some pix myself with the Incredible? :) My photo with the MotoDroid looks okay - but Incredible owners want to see their phone sitting on the EVOLUTION! Also - do you have a photo with the MicroUSB cable attached (see my photo)? It would let others see how the chrome pegs facilitate the connection of their cable. Thanks - mikey :)

    MJ5150,
The MIKRADLE was just a catalyst of what I have been thinking of doing. The styling of the MIKRADLE EVOLUTION really put the decision over the top for me. BTW, I noticed that you do have 3 custom kevlar cases for your droid..... that's about the same cost as a new incredible.... :)

Yeah, you got me on that one. :D

But hey, I wasn't clowning on you, I was thinking out loud too. "I have this cool new stand, so maybe I should also get an Incredible to match it". I like that idea.

Please stop posting pictures of the MIKRADLE EVOLUTION SERIES!! (Until I get mine that is) Yes, I know it's well made, I know it looks beautiful, I know it's a good price and I know no Chinese piece of **** will compare. But you're killin' me. ; If mine doesn't come today you all better lock your doors tonight.
I find it funny that when I post on other forums they say "oh that's too expensive" or some kind of nonsense. But when everyone talks about buying American, how can you beat something like this? This is buying USA at it's finest. (I think, cause I don't have mine yet)

Mikradle - proudly made in the usa!

    BobbyJ,

I am REALLY keeping my fingers crossed that your mailman will have your order today! It really should have been there last week - maybe the mailman kept it to himself (does he own an Incredible)? :icon_ banana:

Seriously - I know how anxious you are, but good things come to those who are patient! :) Meanwhile, I'm going to tease you again with what should be at your door today (please, please oh Lord have his delivered today)! :) And I'm VERY MUCH APPRECIATIVE of your compliments - especially given you are going off just my reputation since yours has not made it to your door yet! (check your PM by the way).. ;)

EDIT: Just got a PM - BobbyJ got his today.. Looking forward to his comments! He's been a real good sport - gotta love the J! :) mikey

Speaking of Made in USA - all my shipping boxes (as of the introduction of the EVOLUTION SERIES) now include a flag decal that I designed myself and is on the back of every MIKRADLE box! This at the urging of many friends (and forum members) who felt I should display this patriotic statement. I'd like to hear any comments on this label. By the way - I have these boxes custom made just for the MIKRADLE, they have a 200 lb. crush rating! Gotta protect the MIKRADLE at all costs! :) So, here ya go!

Just got mine today, it looks GREAT! I have the cover on my incredible that goes with the belt clip and it still fits fine.

All I can say is that this is a piece of art. It is so well designed and detailed that I might not even want to put my Incredible on it and merely set it on my mantle. Then buy another for my DI. Thanks Mike, I'm simply thrilled. That's for hanging with me on the delay, but you know that I knew it would be worth it. It is.

My cherry-finish Mikradle made it to Texas today. It was worth the wait. It looks great. My Inc in the Verizon glossy silicone case snuggles in just fine with room to spare if I should ever decide to go with a thicker case and/or a bigger battery, and the pegs are spaced just right for the charger. Thanks.

BobbyJ and Lonestar - thanks both for showing your appreciation! I thoroughly enjoy reading these kind of posts - makes me feel good about building MIKRADLES!

Set one on the mantle... Hmmm. I haven't done that yet - guess I'll take one home today and do just that! Thanks for the idea! :) And you gotta know, Bobby how relieved I was to get your PM! :) Whew! Too much pressure on mikey! ;)

Lonestar - what is your state tree? I'm thinking of making a MIKRADLE out of the species for each states tree - kind of like a "special edition", and try to have them ready for the 4th of July. And perhaps a "flag colored model... Hmmm. What's the thoughts here? I mean - how Patriotic will that be!? :)

By the way, for those who are not aware, these wood MIKRADLES are not just finished in a "wood colored" stain - they are the made of solid, kiln dried wood in the species named, for example - a Cherry MIKRADLE is made of solid cherry wood, an Oak MIKRADLE is made of solid oak, etc.. The white and black models are made with a solid maple center flange and a composite material for the end panels. Just a bit of MIKRADLE Trivia! :) mikey
