Incredible 2 stuck in Safe Mode

Okay so I dropped my phone yesterday and it apparently hit the ground pretty hard because I have had nothing but issues ever since. My volume down button is stuck, so at first, every time I powered the phone back up, a white boot up screen would appear. I finally figured out how to get past that and I finally was able to program the phone, so I can now make phone calls and send texts. The problem is the phone is in Safe Mode. I have reset the phone, but that did not work. I have taken the battery out, but that didnt work. I even did a factory reset, but still nothing. Any ideas on what I can do?

You need to get that volume button un stuck. That is what makes the phone boot into safe mode. I'm not familiar with that device but possibly CAREFULLY prying the button would pop it free or dis assembling it to un stick the button. But with that stuck down it will always trip safe mode
