I have an Incredible 2 and noticed on Sept. 10th that I was unable to take pictures. It will allow me to take a photo but it will not save it. It says no photos or videos found. I thought maybe it was my SD card so I installed a new one but it did the same thing. Put my SD card on my pc to see if any information was on it but all my photos were on it, just not showing via the phone. I also noticed that I have zero ringtones available, none....factory set ones and all are gone. I have tried to sync my phone to my pc but so far am having zero luck getting it to sync. I haven't had this phone for more than a couple months and I'm wondering if I made the wrong choice. My husband however is loving this, he keeps telling me I should have gotten an IPhone...ugh! Any help is greatly appreciated...PLEASE HELP ME!
