Inc 2 MMS failure?

Helping a friend out with their new inc2. Network is fine... settings as far as I can tell are spot on. And every time it sends or receives a MMS it says "invalid destination" or unable to download. Thoughts?

Kind of sounds like Verizon doesn't have it set up correctly. Seems I've seen that error before but don't remember where. I'll keep looking.

Sorry just assumed. Not sure but I would surely ask the provider if they know.

Call into your provider and all they have to do is take pic messages off the account and put it back on. Sounds like the feature is not working. I dont know what phone your firend had before but sometimes if you come from a non camera phone it will have those exact messages. Like the mms feature is not provisioning to the phone correctly

Is her carrier US Cellular or is it Verizon but I'm a US Cellular coverage area?
