in need of some guidence

I am rooted but have not flashed any roms yet. I want to do the leaked update but am not sure how to go about it.There is way too many posts that seem to confuse more then help...I know i am asking for one more...... Do i have to revert back to stock first? if so how do i get back to stock? another step by step for a rooted phone could help me .

On rootzwiki bionic developers section..djhacker has an entire thread on the ota and root and flashing roms over it..its extremely comprehensive and easy to follow and the folks over there answer questions ect..
