Importing contacts droid 1

I just recently upgraded to this d2g.i gave my wife my d1. Upon activating she noticed that in contacts only fb and email showed up no phone numbers. She previously had an enV touch which isn't sync with google. Does anybody have suggestions on how she can import contacts without having to input one at a time? Thanks
