With an AOKP ROM. I loaded a dark GAPPS and I cannot get the calendar to sync and if I was going to pull files from JB GAPPS what files would I pull from the JB GAPPS zip? And paste them into the system app file?

Delete your google account and re-enter it. I had a similar issue a while back and this fixed it.

I have done that... I've deleted the blacked out calendar APK, deleted the Google account, installed another calendar sync. I'm out of ideas
