Hi all--

Just bought a used Droid 4 off-contract in an effort to keep my unlimited data plan as long as vz will let me. It is replacing my 3+ year old BB Bold. Found this forum by doing a search to see if I could figure out what's going on with the back cover and why it doesn't seem to be fitting on very well . . . :icon_frown: Didn't quite figure that out yet but I'm here so thought I'd say hi. Will be activating it and playing around with it over the next few days.

Welcome to the forum and enjoy, your cover problem most likely is caused by a swelled battery. Look closely at the battery and see if it is thicker in the center than at the edges. Most phones don't allow for any battery expansion before interfering with the cover. My best prognosis.
