The 4G LTE SIM that is in the phone? I don't understand, that SIM is Verizon specific. If what you mean is how do you open up the phone to use any GSM SIM, then we would need to know your current firmware is, you would need to get to at least version 4.3.605.2, and from there it is pretty easy.
