I love bbv1.1. A lot. I miss having static phone/messaging/browser buttons though, I love the 3d effect so I don't want to go back to helixlauncher just to have some buttons there. Any fix for it or a way to enable it? Really itching for it, otherwise I love everything. If not ill just use helix but whatevs. Thanks in advance.

If you want the 3D launcher, how about Helix2?

helix2 beta 0.88 is on the donators repo it works pretty awesome. You would have to donate 5 bucks to get a password to access it tho. If you go on the market then go to developers website there is a link to the repo and to donate. Launcher pro is really awesome tho and its free.

LauncherPro just added the ability to remove icon labels on your screens as well. :D

Wow, just reinstalled Launcher Pro and it seems to be much better than the initial release. Fast, customizable shortcuts, and stable - I'm sold.

I just love Launcher Pro. Once I found that I could put my desired shortcuts at the bottom, it's the best for me. The 3D app is way faster and smoother than anything I've used previously. That along with BB1.1 have made me a very happy camper. I'm even running Bekits 1100 SV kernel with no issues so far (knock on wood). Previously, with other kernels, I've had either boot loops or would find the phone nonresponsive every once in awhile. I'm going to try a couple of other kernels as well as the only thing I've seen is that my battery life isn't what I'd like it to be.

You will have to use a home replacement app such as LP or ADW as there is no easy way to add anything to the stock dock. If there was an easy way, there would already be a thread on it.

There is LauncherPro Beta or LauncherPro 2. Beta is WAY smoother and faster, but is just a plain glossy black background and full screen app tray (although he has added a home button and it was nice fly in/out effects.) The Pro 2 has the 3d tray, seems smoother to me than Helix, but a bit laggier than Cyanogen's built in 3d tray. Crashes more often on me.

To me personally, 3d trays are overrated. It cuts down on the number of apps you can see or select at one time and the performance cut is small, but to me, still noticeable. Anyone else noticing this too?
