Just letting people know that it is in the marketplace. I remember someone talking about it. Found it today. Just wanted to share for anyone who didn't already know.

I've got it as well. The interface is terrible, and it doesn't work as smoothly as Pandora (even with good connection).

But Z100 and KTU so i will use it for now.

Can't get 610 WIP sports radio in Philadelphia. Hopefully it'll be added one day, but even if it doesn't when we get flash player we'll be good.

It's a new app that was more than likely rushed to market....Give it time, it will get better.

That's because WIP is not a Clear Channel station. If you want to listen to WIP download Cherry Rplayer in the market, it's on there.

I downloaded it and force closed constantly. Wouldn't even start up. I'll wait a little bit and try again though.

Guess with all the hype I'd been hearing I expected more stations. Two clear channel stations (both that I'd listen to) were absent. It's not 'awful', but I was hoping for more. So far AOR and DroidLive are better if I had to choose.

I was playing with the app last night and while it is missing some stations it worked flawlessly for me.

Does the Droid with app have the ability to find and play local radio stations? Not streaming from the internet.

The Droid will not receive AM/FM frequencies. So, no, the only way you're going to get radio is through Internet-streaming.

I used to have this on my Storm because the other radio players just didn't work that well and I used it to listen to WJRR in the gym. Now that I have the Droid, I love DroidLive and don't really need iheartradio anymore. Its nice that its there though. I might still download if I want to hear JRR in other cities.
