I'm in a weird situation. I had my DROID shipped over to me in Afghanistan and have been using the WiFi spots. I have yet to activate it with Verizon. I'm considering rooting/ROMing my DROID but will need to activate my phone when I get into the states.

The question is this: If I root/ROM my DROID, will I be able to activate it without first changing my phone back to stock?

    Thnx!

We usually have to re-activate after every new ROM, you should have no problems!
