Instagram has taken off in a huge way on Android. Some IOS users are saying "There goes the neighborhood". That's right baby we are here to stay! One thing you can't do on IOS that you can do on Android is mod stuff and make it look and feel like you want to. Developer MobileSensei of Team Gummy who is also well known from tons of awesome themes he put together for Team Liberty, and of course there was all the incredible DroidX development and more recently the Nexus S development, has decided that he wanted a Blue ICS themed version of the Instagram app so that's exactly what he did. This app looks better than ever with its Android 4.0 inspired theme.
