    Honestly I was not too excited about ICS for my Razr until I saw those. Looks pretty good.

    I like that they blackened the system menu, stands out like a sore thumb on gingerbread....

    How is the update process going to work? Is it gonna ask you to dl and install or just start doing it on its own or website

    You'll get a notification that a system update is available. Open it and start downloading. :)

    And the updates are sent by Google. When your phone updates is dependant upon when your phone was activated SUPPOSEDLY.
